Vintage 11.5 Inches Wood Carved Signed Richard Ragland Duck Decoy - Folk Art

Duck Decoy made by & Signed on the bottom "RWR; Richard Ragland". It measures about 11 1/2 inches long, 4 inches wide and about 4 inches tall. I don't believe the eyes are made of glass, since they aren't cold to the touch. They are amber in color and black. The decoy doesn't suffer from any damage, and the staining looks to be by hand. Overall excellent condition, I'd say.
