Makers Mark: Unsigned

Description: Very good, with expected light scratches, flea bites to the base. The base also has a pontil mark. There are some scratches to the top with a 3mm nick. Please see photos and let me know if you need any additional assistance. The "G.A.R." and symbol stands for Grand Army of the Republic. The symbol consists of an Anchor, and crossed rifle with a sword. These are very hard to find. Not many are believed to have been made. Fantastic addition to any Civil War Era or GAR collection.
